• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the US, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found).

Repeat Infringer Policy

Freewheel Farm reserves the right to terminate access to the site for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We define a “repeat infringer” as any user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had user-submitted content removed from the website more than twice.

Good Faith Statement
